***Review of Cabela's Serengeti Safari L/S Shirt***

I have for some time been wanting to get a quality Serengeti style shirt which has loads of pockets that is quality made for a good price. So since I shop Cabela's for reloading supplies from time to time I ran across their Serengeti styled shirts. I loved the look and features which included a cotton calico canvas material with a antimicrobial wicking finish. The pockets are reverse/inverted pleats and each pocket has a zippered security pocket as well. One is vertical and the other horizontal over the right breast. The one pocket over your left breast includes 4 shell holders that can accommodate safari-sized ammo......go figure! It has the traditional styled epaulets and Swiss tabs on the l/s version shirts. This line of safari shirt is big on comfort and quality stitching. I can even conceal my LCP in the left vertical zippered pocket with no indication it is there. That is a big plus for sure. After a few washings and taking consideration to not wash them in hot water or dry by heat they have not lost any color through fade or shrunk to date. This is a heavy duty shirt that can roll up for summer action as well.

The only issues I have are with the sleeves and Swiss tabs and that there is no inside button to anchor the sleeve so it has a great finished look as well as the small zippers on the concealment pockets are hard to get to quickly. These are my only complaints.

For $30 per shirt they are a real bargain that will last for a long time with normal wear and tear. I purchased the Grasslands and Blue Stone color (pictured) for now and may purchase the Straw color at a later time.

I give this shirt a 4.5 out of 5 possible stars deducting for the Swiss tab issue and the small hard to grab concealment pocket zippers.

So visit Cabela's today to get your's.........www.cabelas.com
